Workshop & Tuition Terms

Booking & Payments

  • All workshop and private tuition sessions must be booked in advance to ensure materials and space are prepared for you.

  • Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the session.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations by Students: We understand that plans change. If you cancel more than 48 hours before a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as materials and studio time have already been allocated.

  • Cancellations by Marcia Creative Arts: In the unlikely event that a session is canceled by the studio, you will receive a full refund or an immediate priority booking for a future date.

Attendance & Materials

  • Punctuality: Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled so we can start the creative process together.

  • Materials: For most workshops, all essential materials are provided unless otherwise stated in the course description.

Health & Safety

  • By joining a workshop, you agree to follow safety instructions regarding the use of art equipment and studio space.
